Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Executly website and Shopify app. By installing or using Executly, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance and Authority
You represent that you are authorized to bind the merchant or business using Executly. If you do not have authority, do not install or use the service.
Service Scope
Executly provides Shopify checkout and customer account customization tools, including configurable blocks, conditional rules, merchant-facing controls, and related support services.
Feature availability may vary by plan, merchant eligibility, and Shopify platform constraints.
Merchant Obligations
- Use Executly in compliance with applicable laws and platform terms.
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Ensure customer-facing content and flows configured through Executly are lawful and not misleading.
- Obtain any required notices or consents for storefront and checkout experiences.
- Remain responsible for your store operations, products, and customer communications.
Shopify and Third-Party Dependencies
Executly depends on Shopify platform services and may integrate with third-party infrastructure providers. MilTwo is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services outside MilTwo's reasonable control.
Fees, Billing, and Taxes
Paid plans are billed through Shopify according to your selected billing cycle. Trial periods, if offered, convert to paid plans unless canceled before trial end.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and similar charges, excluding taxes based on MilTwo net income.
Intellectual Property and License
MilTwo and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Executly, including software, documentation, branding, and derivative works. Subject to these Terms, MilTwo grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business operations.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative products from Executly except as expressly permitted by law.
Confidentiality
Each party must protect the other party's non-public confidential information using reasonable safeguards and may use it only to perform under these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Executly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. MilTwo disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilTwo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
MilTwo's aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to MilTwo for Executly during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.
Suspension and Termination
MilTwo may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal risk, or non-payment. You may terminate by uninstalling the app and canceling billing through Shopify.
Sections that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, confidentiality, liability limits, and dispute terms, will survive.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Denmark.
Changes to Service or Terms
MilTwo may update the service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes become effective when posted or when otherwise communicated through reasonable channels.
